Our incredible group of teachers exemplify true and genuine care for the children at DCC. These teachers bring a diverse background of experience and knowledge, including special skillsets such as music, art, and behavioral learning.

Our directors bring a combined 60+ years of experience in childcare. From licensing to consulting to teaching, our entire staff of directors are the leaders of DCC and have been instrumental in our re-birth after the pandemic outbreak.

The Board consists of 10 members, all of which are parents. They are volunteers, are never paid for their service, nor do they receive tuition discount. The board is comprised of members with a wide range of experience, education, and expertise who are dedicated to the center.
